Second of the two wines by Saint K Wines, two completely different styles. This one has some neutral barrel aging in it. Dark golden yellow. Very tight on the nose with some light honey and cooked apples. An undertone almost of a sour beer. Moderate acidity (6.5/10) with moderate plus body. Slightly earthy and savory on the palate. Some honeycomb like texture, and seems extracted. More balanced and not as sharp as the 2014. Slightly sour in the finish, not off-putting just different. Long and lingering finish. Drink till 2021.

First of the two wines by Saint K Wines, two completely different styles. Crystal clear pale yellow. Very bright nose, lots of green apples, tropical fruits, light honeysuckle and some white floral notes. Moderate plus acidity (7.5/10) and light bodied. Lots of white fruits, guava and some unripe melons. A little heat to start. Long and lingering finish. Can definitely improve a few points with time to fully integrate. Drink from 2017 till 2021.
