Apr 23rd, 2023Shocked I don’t have notes for this, I used to buy it by the case!
NOSE: golden apple, orange peel, a slight (white) breadiness, minerals, very faint nuts. Smells elegant.
TASTE: golden apple, lemon zest, a little tropical fruit (unripe pineapple), a nice brut bitterness, ends with minerals. I really loved this when it was $10 or less - I think it’s still a great deal for the $14 or so it costs now. 90-91.
