Color of light yellow, almost like egg white. Nose of roasted nuts, a bit mineral and spice, marginal fruit note, but a bit flowering note. Taste of roasted almonds again, drizzled with some zest, some pineapple, a touch of sweetness, savory spice, and a touch of mineral. Aftertaste has good acidity, reminder of warmth, refreshing and light. Easy to drink with above average flavors.
