Nice Chardonnay. Complex taste and a smooth finish. Some oak but it does not interfere too much with the typical Chardonnay flavours. Rather complements it I think. Can be drunk with food or without.

Color of light gold with a bit bubbly essence in it. Few fast flowing legs on the rim. Nose of fruity carbonate like Sprite, lemon, ripe citrus, mineral, salty bacons, baking soda, and a bit of creme brûlée. Taste of saline minerals, nutty and oaky sweetness, zest, very layered and full of structure. Tropical fruit notes are mixed well in balance. Aftertaste of green apple, mango, a bit zest, and some hotness lingering on the tongue. Tasty and well done Chard!
