Temptation Sour Chardonnay Blonde Ale Aged in Oak Barrels

Batch #4. Sweet good god.

Last bottle of vintage Temptation. Intense Amantillado sherry slam followed by an evolving palate of funky funk that goes and goes. Sublime!

Batch 4, bottled in 2009. Can only drink on premises. So this whole 750 mL bottle is going down...rarity makes my rating 0.2 higher

2009 Bottle aged. Nose of citrus peel and light yeast, palate has champagne body with delicious fruit tones, ever so sweet Brett/yeast, and support from the oak barrels make this the best beer experience a wine drinker could ever want
