This is a 2015 bottle. The acidity is almost gone. Very prominent gum rubber with honeydew. I’m not sure this has been stored properly.

Beautiful. Long sustained funky tart lemon and Chardonnay barrel character. Great mouthfeel. Paired perfectly with a Don Pepin Blue Generosos toro cigar. Cigar brought rich loam, cedar, and dark chocolate. Also a 9.5.
