Beautiful wine. Smooth as a baby’s butt. Imagine Dylan’s butt when he was around 2 months old. Slather that butt with blueberry preserves, sprinkle some black pepper on it, and bury your face in it. Really get in there. Go deep.

Apr 21st, 2018Light bodied with a nose of vanilla, plums, and red fruits. This ain't your average Syrah by any means. A spicy palate with some rustic undertones. A touch sweeter than I expected but in a good way. Nice, long finish. Not a lot of fat on this one but it still makes an impression.

Much better after being open for 2 days. Great fruit forward, but some nice herbal tone as well. A good Syrah.
