I love this Shiraz. It's everything an Australian Shiraz should aspire to be. Sad that it's my last.

Very concentrated wine with a lot of black and blue berry flavours - the nose follows the taste - creme des cassis... Nice acid keeps the wine fresh
15 years old - and almost no development; nice wine enjoyed with a piece of lamb marinated in garlic, thymes and rosmarin😁
