Definitely not a traditional Pinot, which is why I like it. The nose is spicy and savory with smoked meats. Light body with soft tannins and a silky mouthfeel. Red cherry, vanilla, bacon fat fill the juicy palate. The finish has some decent length with subtle dark cherries and gunpowder. Overall, it tastes more like a diet Zin, which is fine with me.

Soft mouthfeel, light tannins, sweet bright red fruit. A little one note and not very nuanced. Intro Pinot Noir for the sweet red blend drinker.
