Demimo Verdejo
Still drinking well. Tasted this about a year ago. Straw yellow stone and citrus fruit aromas. On the palate apple, pineapple and orange flavors, with honey notes, lively acidity and a crisp edge. Medium length finish. Very Nice! Drink now. Tasting Sample.

May 16th, 2017Smells like a Chardonnay, all lemon, lime and oak. The mouthfeel is fat and flabby, almost seeming to ooze over the tongue. It even tastes like a Chardonnay, including an overwhelming amount of oak and I would also assume a bit of malolactic fermentation. Even with some non traditional tropical fruits (lychee, dragonfruit perhaps) this one just isn't for me.
