Super saline and mineral pallet/nose give this grüner intricate interest. I suspect some would argue there is some fruit, but I'd disagree...well maybe except for honey, which is not a fruit :). We unfortunately had it at too high a temp, a sacrifice to Irma braking our fridge's chiller (and my patience). Live long and prosper 🖖
