May 14th, 2016This is what i like about barossa shiraz. Plump black fruit. A little spice and eucalyptus. Polished dense tannin. I miss the old rotie style blend, but glad to see this one back on the shelves

Classic notes of plum, blackberry with good concentration; over delivers for $22 QPR wine 🍇🍷👍🏻👏🏻

Big bold blackberry smell with hints of saltiness, leather shop, and herb garden on the nose. Bold blackberry flavor with tangy raspberry and notes of tea and smoke on the palate, a zing of peppery spice on the finish. A medium bodied red with not-overly-polished tannins. Probably would go well with pizza and rich tomato-based pasta dishes, steaks, and spiced meaty dishes.
