Amazing value for the price! We served this at our wedding in large quantities. It is light in body, extremely sparkling, and displays banana and nectarine tones like a white Burgundy. easily worth twice the price!

Off-Dry and very bubbly. Fruit forward with notes of nectarine and apricot and a soft finish. Light cheeses bring out the creaminess and the bubbles and sweetness drop off making it a nice California Sparkling Wine.
