Was expecting this to be DOA, however, we were surprised
Cola and burnt embers on the nose. Visually, it shows slight signs of bricking. Medium weight on the palette, with good tannins and plump acidity. Fruit has given way to cola, cinnamon and sage notes. Nice finish, which is delicately sweet.
This wine is past it's bedtime, but still enjoyable.

Solid, but has hit its stride. Drink em up. Bing cherries, wood and tobacco. Extended finish while tannins are still framing this wine up. Very nice.
