Deep yellow colour, notes of honey especially in the smell. The smell suggest a very heavy wine, which is not true: Even though it is full bodied, it perfecetly complements pasts dishes. Taste shows a note of honey, dried fruits (apple, pears) and creamy, soft texture. A good representant of the Istrian (Croatia) signature wine produced by one of Croatias best wine-makers (from what I´ve heard and read)
