Dark crimson coloured in the glass. Fresh and easy drinking with a prominent flavour profile including dark cherry and dried strawberries finishes with lighter notes of violet, dried leaves and nutmeg. Medium acidity, lighter tannins tasting simultaneously rich and light bodied. A really enjoyable dinner wine paired with bucatini, guanciale, chili and pecorino pasta.
