Crisp, clean and very aromatic! Normally I am not a big Sauv Blanc fan but this was one I could get behind. The nose was filled with fresh peaches, apricots, lime zest and white flowers. Bright acidity but not overdone; allowed the fruit to really shine. More citrus, pear, and melon on the mid palate with a zippy finish of ginger, quince and minerals.

Aromas of lemon curd and lime, medium acid on the palate. Served with braised chicken with Harissa chickpeas - the spice brought out some nice nuttiness in the wine.
