Last bottle. Classic S. Rhône flavors. Rich. Anise, garrigue and a tiny bit of Brett.

Delicious. Big and rich. Lots of garrigue and Provençal herbs. Went great with Wagyu hamburgers.

Out of the bottle: bold red and black fruit, spice, black pepper and tannins. After some air, it becomes more mellow and a touch more fruit-foward. A little more age would work wonders, but still, very good.

Excellent Vacqueyras! Garrigue. Long finish!

Very, very dry. Full bodied, nice red fruits. Dan really liked it, Katy was more so-so. Paired very well with a nice medium rare steak-more subtle flavours snc more complexity.
