Fancy crest on label. Screw top style. Zillah, WA, I picked cherries there once I think, that or Prosser. Guess it’s also wine country. Fairly dark with a hint of rust. Smells a hint funky. Green coffee beans? Cola without the sugars. Flavors are dense and herbal. Sarsaparilla and mocha. Dry. Hint of wild berry too. A bit of old books/aged Bordeaux. Black olives on the finish.
