Well, when you’re (unfortunately) all out of “grab & go” whites to pair with Chicken Divan, it makes sense to pop open some rosé...even though it’s February. Nectarine and white peach on the nose with dried herbs, overripe strawberry, and watermelon rind on the palate. Suitable.
