Deux Vert Vineyard Melon de Bourgogne

Very friendly and approachable. Wonderful pale yellow, gold tinge. Aromas show fine chalk (think Champagne), yellow apple core and honeydew melon. Briney, celery. Soft and focused.

Medium bodied palate shows more apple core (green) with subtle acid up front and pillowy melon finishing up. Really pleasant. I like it is going. Opened 11/27/15

This is a mouth grabber!

Nice!!! Super acidic; 8% abv

Actually the Chardonnay. Very nice, rich and clear. A bit oaky because part of it was framented in oak and was finished in oak.

Pronounced ripe melon and pineapple aromatics

I really like this one. Very different- crisp and sweet without actual sweetness. Very cool.

This one has a pleasing, subtle little sparkle to it. It is tart, but not overly so. It would probably go very nicely with softer flavored meats, and subtly spiced foods.
