Aftertaste of more spice and mineral, rustic natal note, medium long. Well made Cab packed with above average density average flavors.

Lots of wood- felt like cedar in particular. Mellows into plum and cherry as it warms ever so slightly. Tasty but definitely better with food. Prime rib for Easter and it paired well with garlic cheesy potatoes as well. Would buy again. Curious to try the red Napa one.

Blackberry pie, cigar box, stewed cherry. Thorny but considerably fruity. I enjoyed this on its own but it had me craving eggplant parm for sure.
