Glorious Sauvignon Blanc. Shimmering, bright, incredibly light and focused but with depth and intensity. Herbal, citrus and pine aromas transform into ripe peach and juicy tropical fruit on the palate. The concentration of this wine is impeccable, but it offers such clarity, minerality and zest as well. Delicious fruit and tremendous elegance. One of the best whites I’ve tasted of late.
