Collio Friulano

Pale gold color, muted nose? Dry and crisp taste, slightly oxidative, hints of brine, cheese, Marcona almonds, slight greenness but almost tending to a woody note. Very tight finish, would probably be great with food.

E’ piuttosto pesante piu di Sauvignon blanc. Ha il gusto come brandy e honey. Non era perfetto per aceto mackarel.
