To me, never opened. The funk and fruit were in a duel and the funk won on this occasion. Nothing wrong, just wanted more harmony of components.

Action shot. I just don’t see much aged refosco on wine lists. This is very elegant, with lots of blue fruit and resolved, almost plush tannins. At Emporio in NYC. Great food and a well curated wine list.

Never had refosco before. Full body, good acidity and showing lots of fruit for its age. Great underpriced wine, food friendly & delish.
