Very berry, wonderful full wine. Goes well with strong tastes such as beef and cheese. Drank as bit too young maybe.

I'm a huge vacqueryas fan, actually I love all rhones and this is a beauty. Drinking the 2009 and its supple, full of plum but not overly extracted. Great wine but drink the 09s now.

Good flavor! Youngish. Needs time to breathe.... maybe a few years too! I really like where it's going!!!! Has a little funk to it and spice.

Opened up with a few hours time, still young: dark forest berries, underbrush, and anise on the nose. Deep, rich blackberries, and almost candied licorice on the palate, with firm tannins on finish. Good now, better in 2-4 years.
