15 barrels of classic Cabernet seven year old grown on black Sage Road and Oliver meets the smooth and Rich Merlot from a Vineyard in Osoyoos. A tribute to the Bordeaux wines of France, with rich full, flavors. Well aged, notes of blackberries and earth. Medium-bodied, soft tannins.

Clear medium delicate ruby colour with elegant aroma of blackcurrant, raspberry, plum, and hints of strawberry and chocolate. Dry on the palate, lightly oaked, medium body, medium tannin and acidity gives backbones to the flavours of blackcurrant and raspberry. Very good quality, drink now or hold for another 1-3 years. More of a lighter style of Cabernet Sauvignon, nice to have for a change.
