#sample: This wine really made me 1) want a bicycle 🚲 2) buy some oranges 🍊. The latter actually turned into a reality but the former didn’t seem like such a good idea the next day (if you’ve never met someone who is unco at riding a bike, now you have!).
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Tasting note 📝: Deep garnet with slight purple tinge in the glass. The nose is a little bit minty with some blackberries, raspberries and a whiff of cedar wood. In the mouth I picked up berries and wonderful smooth tannins with some dark chocolate and freshness.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
‼️ Did you know ‼️This Cumulus Wines 2015 Cabernet Merlot is inspired by the rolling hills of the Central Ranges near Orange. The grapes are sourced from sub-600m 🍇 vines! And the lovely Beatrice on the bottle is proudly wearing the scarf of the local Orange Emus football team! How’s that for a label with a story!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
All opinions are based on my own taste buds. Wine is subjective & always evolving, so make sure you drink what you enjoy!
