Vintage 2010 powerfull, very light in colour smell of a horse stable coming through, red plums high acidity, after aeration it outclassed the NZ Pinot Noir tasted next to it

For the price point this is terrific traditional Burgundy. And it only gets better as it opens up. There is some nice mellow oak notes that start coming out. Excellent acid with a lovely blend of minerality and fruit. Not as chalky minerally as say Chablis. A bit fuller body that stands up to bigger dishes
