Not too dry and not overly sweet, like most wines that aren’t dry. Defining note is most definitely citrus though you can definitely taste a bit of the pear.

Semi-sweet style with flavours of pear, citrus, peach and white flower. Goes well with sushi, tempura, chinese chicken salad and spicy fish tacos and is best serve chilled. 11.5%

Very floral, much like a guwerstraminer, which I enjoy, but is a little overpowering if a Riesling is expected.
