Last bottle, really has shed some baby fat, revealing more clarity and acidic cut behind its vibrant and rich personality. Still lots of gorgeous sweet citrus, fresh pastries, honeysuckle, chalk. Disgorged 6/2016 4g/L dosage

Pale golden yellow color with plenty of tiny bubbles and a fine bead with yeast, almond, and fresh red fruit, with hint of stone fruit aromas. On the palate, it's between light and medium-bodied, fresh and elegant with a delicate mousse and raspberry, citrus, spiced hazelnut flavors with a wonderful minerality. Long finish. Dosed at 5 g/L 2006 Vintage

Yum yum yum. So much joy to drink every time! Lots of complexity here, for me at least. Damp earth, blue cheese, red berry confit, pastry dough, molasses, sweet citrus, baking spice. Unctuous. Palate remains free and lively, plenty of acid to boot. One of my fav BnN
