A Nice Sauvignon Blanc from Sonoma County.
Pale lemon in color.

Medium intensity on the nose with citrus, light oak and lemon.

A bit bland and watery on the palate with Apple, cream, honey and citrus.

Short finish. The fermentation process was done in French oak barrels.
Basic yet drinkable.

Light & citrusy. Not a lot of flavor. Just okay.

Mild low oak especially for a California Chardonnay. Some slate. Some pear. Fairly well balanced. Versatile.
