Big an juicy with dark cherry flavors. Heavy on the tannins but finished out nicely. Letting it breath brings out he oakiness.

We're only drinking this tonight because last night's bottle was such a let down. It's not terribly complex, but does the job and does it well. Big and fruity. A better match with our spinach salad than the tortellini and tomato sauce, but worked well enough with both.
