Aug 7th, 2016Continues to be one of our favorite Zins, and at the 4 year mark, it's starting to show nicely. Cocoa and blackberry on the nose, the palate starts with tart black cherry and finishes with blackberry and a hint of pepper. Very tame tannins. Really nice character, mouthfeel, and complexity!

I wish I had more! Highly enjoyable with cherry-braised ribs, polenta and sweet corn. 2012 with Sandra and Trev.

Very good wine. Great balance and character. Should have waited to open in a few more years as I would expect it to be even better. Great winery and owner!
