⚡️New Release⚡️ from Rockcliffe in WA’s Great Southern region. This ‘Third Reef’ 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon retails for approximately $30 and it has the potential to cellar up to 10 years. If drinking now I would suggest popping it in a decanter or through an aerator and matching with some delicious red meat like venison.
It’s a wonderful garnet gemstone colour on the eye. The nose is full of sweet oak and dark chocolate covered blackberries. In the mouth it’s soft and plump on the palate with earthy tannins and an ever-lasting finish. Best served up in the biggest glass possible 🤣
