Reminds me a lot of a chardonnay actually. A lot of honey and vanilla. The typical notes of grass and grapefruit are very muted here.

Nice Sauvignon Blanc. Tart but not sour. Paired well with some enchiladas. Nice finish

Fruit is brighter and more citrusy than a typical Sauvignon blanc. Not grassy at all. Great for a warm afternoon with snacks in the backyard.
