Excellent recioto style desert wine from largely Garganega grapes. Smooth, sweet, and mouth filling, without being at all overpowering. Lots of biscotti like almond notes.

2008 vintage. Fairly tawny in appearance and taste. Burnt sugar, flamed orange peel, butterscotch, apricot nectar. Have no real point of reference for this style, but enjoyed it all the same. Would have liked a little more freshness and zing, though.
