This is a very tasty Cabernet Sauvignon from Lake County in California. Spicy and tangy. Showing an elegant mouthfeel with nice complexity.
Easy drinking and good right out of the bottle, but a little hot at the back of the throat.
I had this vintage 4 years ago and it was better then, so drink up.
Good by itself or with food. I paired it with hard cheeses and crackers.
14.5% alcohol by volume.

This is a very nice Cabernet Sauvignon from California. Showing nice complexity with a great mouthfeel.
Good right out of the bottle, and better as it opens up. I gave it one hour, initially. After 90 minutes more earth notes come in, both on the nose and palate. Rich, soft, smooth and spicy.
Good by itself or with food. Will pair very nicely with grilled meats or a Burger. I paired it with cheeses and crackers.

For $32/bottle, this was the QPR wine of the night. Not Napa, more Sonoma, and definitely more licorice candy and sweet tart, but not over bearing. Paired excellent with a slightly spiced Italian sausage.
