Nicely blended. Organic. Favorite of the lunch.

More restrained and lighter than a Napa cab, tart red fruit, lingering but light finish.

So dynamic. Bold without being overpowering, finishes so smooth.

Really elegant and lovely. I decanted this for 2 hours and I recommend you do the same. When opened, it was locked up and just all oak. A few hours in it has softened, and the vanilla has morphed into more cedar/cigar box kind of wood. There's a pleasant amount of oxidation. Balanced and restrained. Reminds me of Bordeaux that's just hitting its stride.

Lean for Napa. I'm into it. Fantastic with duck and sour cherries
