Balanced with concentrated pomegranate, cranberry and dark cherry fruit. Moderate oak, but still highlighting the wine with brown sugar and sweet spices. The acids were bright, the tannins were fine grain and light. Finish was persistent

2005. In a great spot, baby flesh has dissipated, structure is showing, some fruit but more savory/earthy

Nice, fresh PN with lots of life left. Dense, structured and dripping with cherry & earth. Paired with pan roasted pork chops with roasted carrots, polenta, hedgehog mushrooms & sautéed leeks. Sinskey makes great food wines.

Very nice, dark fruits—beautifully smooth, strawberry and cherry, very well balanced—great with a pork loin

Lush red fruit, leading to vanilla and baking spice. This has great structure too.
