15% alcohol! Black plum jam. No acidity. Bitter

Our bottle was cellared beautifully and we were rewarded with our rack of lamb. Very earthy, like a Bordeaux 1er Cru. Decanted two hours which was just right.

Cant explain how much I love these old Mondavi Cab bottles. It’s old timers Napa Cab, I suppose… at Billy Crews.

Poor storage

Beautiful wine. Definitely should have had this before the ‘97 though.
