Delicious! 92% Sauvignon Blanc and 8% Semillon. Clear straw color. Aromas of Orange rind, fresh herbs and lemongrass. Crisp citrus flavors- mostly grapefruit, herbal notes and dry finish.

Green apple and grapefruit (in that order) dominate nose and forward fruit but, yes, there is jalapeño before the pleasant finish. Sips solo snd compliments food well.
