Still very much a baby, but showing great potential. I wish we had more time to let it open up and flesh out texturally. A solid choice for BBQ duck.

Big boned but made with a light touch. Beautiful herbal profile pushed by clean, dark fruit. Yum.

Very young but delicious. I’m sure it will improve with age, not sure I can’t drink what little of it I have :) Only 12.9% alcohol.
