In a good spot with an hour of air. More my speed than the Sonoma chard and a notch below the B. Theriot. Plan to stock up on release next week.

Peaches pears cream butter and vanilla notes. Very viscous and rich. Drinking beautifully now

This is a nice drinking chard. I’d caution food pairing. Nose of white flowers, along with tropical and stone fruits. Palette is soft and round, low acid and low mineral profile. The oak treatment came on strong for me, with butterscotch and even a slight woody taste. Perhaps not integrated yet.

Continue to be impressed with everything I've had from TRB - tough to top for the price. I decanted for about 1.5 hours which helped considerably.
