Fully resolved. This is a mature Pinot Noir drinking at peak (to my taste) showing charming secondary characteristics of mushroom, forest floor and leather, accompanying the desiccating red fruits. Tannins have all resolved. Drink now.

Jul 18th, 2016On the nose it has delicate floral notes of violet and rose hips with a bit of blackberry. The taste is a real ride as you let it breath. Full of hyacinth, bacon and dried black currant. On the back end, subtle tea leave notes, boysenberry and just a hint of pepper to keep the fun going!
