Full bodied but surprisingly soft. Light foresty fruit up front, some nice tannic depth as you go. Just acidic enough to cut through ribs.

Date night in America baby!! Simply gorgeous. Long and savory, nice oxidation, leather and parm but also plenty of acid. “You’d never know how old it is” —Chris. Paired with Roberta’s frozen pizza, first meal someone else cooked that we’ve eaten in months 🙏🙏🙏
