Pale yellow in color, mild fizzle, smells of honey, apple, white peach and mango, quite sweet in taste and completely void of acidity, you can substitute this with Welch White Grape Juice and no one will notice, nevertheless, a pleasant clean finish wine that can be light dessert by itself.
