Casablanca Valley Sauvignon Blanc

Still going strong w plenty of guava/tropical notes.

Its as tropical on the nose as Marlborough but the palate is closer to Toraine. .

Probably one of the better Sauvignon Blanc's I have drank recently. It lands somewhere between Marlborough and Sancerre with good amounts of green pepper showing through on the nose but finishes on the palate with great amounts of minerality.

Smells like Riesling. Cool wine. Good acid

Great bright fruit & slight hints of oak. If it wasn't 20 degrees below zero...I'd drink the entire bottle.

Balanced, nice acid

Very grassy, white flowers and some herb notes. Not my style, but others at the table gave it a slightly higher rating

Very Nice, a creamy Sauvignon, tropical fruits, buttery.

Better than expected!

Took apart the carburetor on my Dad's old snowblower and now I smell like 20 year old gasoline. Wanted something "light" to go with that. This really fits the bill. Not an especially bright SB, but very quaffable.
