Are you up for a little Risky Business Tom Cruise style? Risky Business Wines have recently released some new vintages including this 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon from Margaret River. RRP $25

Enticing magenta colour in the glass with aromas of blackberries, liquorice and earthiness wafting up from the glass. Lovely tannin structure on the palate with an interesting dusty currant flavour as Mr. Spittoon put it.

All opinions are based on my own taste buds. Wine is subjective, so make sure you drink what you enjoy! #tcweekdaywine

A big thanks to the @riskybusinesswines team for sending over this sample. It's very exciting to try a new label from WA! Currently the Risky Business range is available online via www.riskybusinesswines.com.au, through Qantas and at select bars & restaurants.

This 2013 Margaret River Cab is a deep velvet red on the eye. It's bouquet wafts out of the glass with lovely aromatics of sweet baking spice, berries, cherries and vanilla sprinkles. Juicy in the mouth with a decent length finish and flavours of fresh berries and dark chocolate with hints of coffee. It'll be interesting to see how this one develops over the coming years. RRP $25

Really nice fine tannins but with a bit of grip on the finish. Fruit dominated. Not too heavy, food length.
