The years may vary, but a Talley Ricon is always a favorite. Deep burgundy color and dark berries are instantly noticeable, but the spices come onto the stage in a later act. Worth the wait. Delicious.

Dark cherries, spices, tannins come together in ways that that do Talley proud. Thanks Brian.

First of two... tremendous fruit, almost to the point of overwhelming. Took over an hour for it to open up and allow the minerals to become more prominent. Once it did, however, the wine was a quintessential Talley production. Delicious. Could probably age another 5-8+ years

Salty minerality as well as medium bodied richness and a pure, elegant style.

Mineral, with nice black cherry fruit and good acidity to keep it in balance. Just a touch of oak tannin and chalk on the finish. Best with food.
